I’m fine with that as a trade off to insanely low taxes, no crime and can’t see your neighbors privacy. Shopping malls, Medical hubs, Universities, Entertainment, Home improvement stores, and restaurants are 25-30 mins away. Most tracts of land are 3+ acres so neighbors are there but you can’t see them.
